Navy HH-60H Helicopter NNAM Project April 25, 2023

During NHAHS visit to Davis Monthan AFB to pickup and transport the SH-60F Helicopter on April 24/25, 2023, CAPT Bill Personius and CDR Mike Brattland stopped during our guided tour of the boneyard and inspected the National Naval Aviation Museum (NNAM) HH-60H Helicopter. the pictures show the project’s current condition and what was inside it on April 25, 2023.

Master Chief Brush, USN of VR-57, NSAS North Island has been the project manager for the HH-60H project for the NNAM. Funds were finally allocated to hire truck transportation for the helicopter from Tucson to the National Naval Aviation Museum (NNAM) at NAS Pensacola, FL  The load out of the transport low boy trailer took place on January 9, 2024 and was supervised by Master Chief Brush from VR-57.
