December 2 2024 Trail SH-60F Lift Update

The Seabees and lift team are making a trial lift today, December 2, 2024 on the wash rack at the Double Domes in preparation for actual lift on January 11, 2025 to attach the 60F to the top of the concrete stanchion.  The trail lift is allowing the lift team to adjust the lift cables such that the bottom of the aircraft mount  is perfectly positioned flat to the ground plane.  The lifting cable adjustments will be marked so when this is accomplished on January 11, 2025, the process will be smoother and quicker considering the front gate will be closed or nearly so, lane wise for this lift.
